Own the full procure-to-pay cycle end to end (AP processing, invoice approvals, expense tool administration and payments) with a view to bringing currently outsourced AP in-house in the UK, and potentially the US, as the finance function matures
Process sales invoices and manage all aspects of accounts receivable
Maintain the weekly cash flow forecast
Group Reporting & Consolidation
Support the group consolidation process and monthly reporting pack
Liaise with external accountants (UK and US) and our US-based finance team
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
Support maintenance of the rolling forecast model and assist with the annual budget cycle, including departmental input and variance commentary
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for finance queries across the business — the face of the finance function for internal stakeholders on operational and transactional matters
Contribute to improving close workflows and reducing manual processes over time
